Louis XV Style White Carrara Marble Fire Mantel

This antique Louis XV style mantel was realized in statuary marble at the end of the 19th century.Very richly sculpted, its curved jambs are adorned with scrolls and acanthus leaves on the upper parts, they flank the serpentine entablature with oblong moulding, adorned on its center with a stylized shell with many acanthus leaves.
